PAYMENT FOR TREATMENT
After a face-to-face consultation with our hair transplant surgeon, you may be approved for a surgical procedure at our clinic.
If you wish to proceed with surgery at our clinic, you will be required to pay a deposit of £1500 to confirm your surgery date. The remainder of your balance is payable 7 days before your surgery.
We charge a flat rate per graft for standard FUE surgery. This means that there is no difference in price between a single 2000 graft procedure and two separate 1000 graft procedures – so you are not incentivised to make what should be a medical decision for financial reasons.
We will generally recommend that you require a fixed number of grafts to achieve your desired aesthetic result (capping the price at eg 1500 grafts).
Depending on your circumstances (eg given the limitations of your donor area) you may request ‘as many grafts as possible’. In this case we may charge you in advance (eg for 1800 grafts), and then issue a partial reimbursement to reflect the actual number of grafts transplanted during your procedure (eg 1600 grafts transplanted, 200 grafts cost reimbursed).
CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments are treated as final and non-refundable. We do not currently provide finance, so all payments must be made in advance of receiving treatment.
Should you cancel your procedure having paid for some or all of it, we reserve the right to retain the proportion required to cover the losses we have incurred. At our discretion and depending on the circumstances we will always endeavour to be as flexible as possible with regard to rescheduling your surgery date, and we may be able to offer a partial refund (eg if we are able to substitute another patient for your surgery date).
We will always endeavour to ensure that your surgery runs to schedule, however in exceptional circumstances beyond our control we may have to postpone or cancel your surgery date at short notice. In this highly unlikely event, we would give you as much notice as possible, explain the reason for the decision, and endeavour to find a suitable alternative date within the next few months. However we will not be held liable for your costs arising from such an event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings.
We reserve the right to cancel your procedure on grounds of patient or staff safety, including but not limited to situations where the patient is deemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, where the patient is not medically fit for surgery, or where the patient is deemed to have failed to disclose relevant medical conditions. In these circumstances we reserve the right to retain the proportion of fees paid required to cover the losses we have incurred.
