A consultation is required to assess your current and future hair loss pattern and determine a recommended course of action. Consultations with our trained and experienced patient consultant are currently free of charge.
During your consultation, and if you are suitable, you will be given an estimate of the number of grafts and procedures you need.
- An average graft consists of two hairs (two follicles or hair roots)
- There are no additional charges
- All surgery prices quoted during consultation are valid for three months
- To confirm a date for a procedure to be carried out, we will require a non-refundable theatre deposit of £1500.
Please make sure your hair cut is no less than a number 2 and is ideally at least 1 cm long.
All consulting patients are required to complete a signed medical history form. Patients under the age of 21 are not accepted for treatment in our clinic. There is no upper age limit to surgery as long as you are in good physical and mental health. Patients will not be accepted who have certain medical conditions or are on certain types of medication at the time of surgery. In such cases and with your consent, we may need to contact your GP for a medical report.
You may bring your partner, a relative or a friend to attend the consultation with you, but we ask that you do not bring children as they cannot remain unsupervised in the waiting area.
